Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Advance Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations: May result in restrictions on future bookings.

2. No-Show Policy

• Booking slot released after 30 minutes of delay.
• Frequent no-shows (3+) may result in booking restrictions.

3. Refund Policy

• Memberships: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Validity: Unused visits expire after membership period.
• Gift Cards: Cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Service Satisfaction

If dissatisfied, report to the front desk during or right after the session. Completed services are non-refundable.
