At Raipur SPA, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed fair, transparent policies to protect your interests. With 5000+ happy clients since 2020, trust is the foundation of everything we do.
1. Cancellation Policy
- ✦ Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your appointment.
- ✦ Late cancellations may incur a small convenience fee.
- ✦ Reschedule anytime with at least 2 hours notice at no extra charge.
- ✦ Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to cancel or reschedule.
2. No-Show Policy
- ✦ Booking slot released after 30 minutes of no arrival.
- ✦ No-shows charged 50% of service fee.
- ✦ Repeated no-shows (3+) without notice may restrict future bookings.
- ✦ WhatsApp us if you are running late — we will try to accommodate.
3. Refund Policy
- ✦ Eligibility: Refunds offered when we cancel, when you cancel 2hrs+ before, or for service issues.
- ✦ Processing: Approved refunds in 7-10 business days to original payment method.
- ✦ UPI: Typically reflects within 3-5 business days.
- ✦ Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances: when Raipur SPA cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, when you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled time, or when services provided do not meet agreed specifications due to an error on our part. Completed massage sessions are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed massage sessions, gift cards and vouchers that have been partially used, membership fees after the first session has been availed, and promotional or discounted packages marked as final sale.
How to Request a Refund

- ✦ In Person: Visit us at Samta Colony, Raipur.
- ✦ Response: We respond within 24 hours on working days.
Gift Card & Voucher Policy
- ✦ Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- ✦ Unused gift cards refundable within 7 days of purchase.
- ✦ Partially used cards are non-refundable.
- ✦ Remaining balance can be used for any service at Raipur SPA.
Membership Refund Terms
Membership fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been availed. After the first session, membership fees are non-refundable but you may cancel anytime by contacting us at Raipur SPA in Samta Colony.
