1. Introduction
Welcome to Raipur SPA ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website raipurspa.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Raipur SPA is a premium wellness and massage therapy center located at 2nd Floor, Samta Colony Main Rd, near Agrasen Chowk, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001.
2. Services
Raipur SPA provides a variety of wellness services including but not limited to body massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, Ayurvedic therapies, facial treatments, and other spa services as listed on our website. All services are provided by trained and certified therapists.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability and pricing are subject to change.
3. Booking & Appointments
3.1 Appointments can be made through our website booking form, phone call, or WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
3.2 We recommend booking at least 2-3 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for specialized treatments and peak hours.
3.3 While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific therapist or time slot.
3.4 For couples treatments and premium packages, advance booking of at least 24 hours is recommended.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund or rescheduling option at no extra cost.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
4.3 No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged the full service amount.
4.4 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4.5 Gift vouchers and promotional packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments
5.1 We accept payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers.
5.2 All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Memberships and packages are prepaid and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
5.4 Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined unless specified otherwise.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023, we ensure that your personal data is collected only for lawful purposes and is stored securely.
7. User Conduct
7.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments or contacting us.
7.2 You agree not to misuse our website by introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful material.
7.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at our sole discretion.
7.4 Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violence towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
8. Health & Medical Disclaimer
8.1 Our therapies are wellness treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8.2 You should consult with a physician before starting any new wellness program or treatment, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are nursing.
8.3 It is your responsibility to inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications before receiving treatment.
8.4 Raipur SPA is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Raipur SPA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raipur SPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from (i) your use of our services or website, (ii) any error or omission in our services, or (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
